  2. Announcements
    • A week from Tuesday (October 4th), SPS will be doing a Demo show in one of the Granville Schools
    • Newark's "The Works", a kids COSI-type of center accepts volunteers to help kids operate the demos on display. This is something SPS has been involved with in the past.
    • Don't forget! Those signed up to help with the Swasey Open Observatory on Saturday should show up at 8:30 p.m. to set up.
    • Send in Summer Research Posters to jackso_a@denison.edu
    • Next Thursday there will be a post-Denison graduate opportunities talk/lunch.

  4. Ideas for SPS Trip
    • SPS is going to have to alternate between big and small trips every year due to finiancial issues. SPS went to FermiLab last year, one of the larger trips SPS has done, so this year we will probably need to go on a less expensive trip.
