Changes to be seen in DINING for the Fall:

  • The addition of a Jazzman's Café to Slayter Pit; it will include coffee, espresso, muffins, and other items that would be seen in a coffee shop.
  • Also to Slayter Pit: Grill 155*, an improved Sub-Area, improved C-store Area, and a Market Fresh addition. All of which will really improve the quality and presentation of food in Slayter.
  • In the actual dining halls there will be behind-the-scenes changes, as well as new menus they are currently reviewing. They will incorporate a 16 week menu with student's favorites appearing on a more regular basis.
  • They are hiring additional managers, which will ease the burden of staff and allow for better service.
  • All in all they are looking for an exciting upcoming year with a lot of improvements!
